Delmar Cengage Learning Life of Edition Returns Policy
Delmar Cengage Learning will accept up to 100% returns on all Delmar Cengage Learning books, supplements, and software, in saleable condition, for the life of the edition.

This policy applies for all Delmar Cengage Learning products (excluding items purchased on a limited or non-returnable basis and custom-published products).Superseded editions must be returned within 120 days of publication of the new edition as announced in the Delmar Cengage Learning Bookseller's New or by May 1 of each year, whichever is later. Out-of-print books must be returned within 120 days from the date of notification in the Bookseller's News. All books must be returned in saleable condition.

Returned books and software should be shipped prepaid by traceable means. Also, to ensure proper credit, each carton should be accompanied by a packing list indicating the quantity and title(s) returned, plus the original invoice number and date.
